1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CyberG7 Technologies ("CyberG7", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at cyberg7.com, as well as any web design, development, hosting, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, engaging our Services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you ("Client", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Description

CyberG7 Technologies provides professional web design and development services tailored for Singapore startups, SMEs, and small businesses. Our services are structured in a phased approach:

2.1 Phase 1 — Starter Website

Our Phase 1 service includes the design and development of a professional starter website comprising:

  • Up to 5 essential pages (typically Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page)
  • Fully mobile responsive design optimised for all devices
  • Basic search engine optimisation (SEO) setup, including page titles and meta descriptions
  • Simple contact integration (WhatsApp button, email link, or contact details)
  • First year of web hosting included
  • Up to 3 rounds of design revisions

2.2 Phase 2 — Growth Add-Ons

Phase 2 services are entirely optional and available when your business is ready to scale. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Enquiry and lead capture forms
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Booking and appointment systems
  • Blog and content management functionality
  • Advanced SEO campaigns
  • CRM integration and business automation

Phase 2 services are quoted separately based on the specific requirements of each project.

2.3 Hosting Services

We provide web hosting as part of our Phase 1 package. Hosting includes server space, uptime monitoring, and basic maintenance to keep your website accessible and operational.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Phase 1 Pricing

Phase 1 Starter Website: S$288 (one-time fee)

This fee covers the complete design and development of your Phase 1 website, including the first year of web hosting.

3.2 What Is Included

  • Professional website design and development (up to 5 pages)
  • Mobile responsive layout
  • Basic SEO setup
  • Contact integration (WhatsApp, email, or similar)
  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions
  • First year of web hosting

3.3 What Is Not Included

  • Domain name registration (typically S$10–20/year, purchased separately by the Client)
  • Premium stock photography or licensed imagery
  • Content writing or copywriting services (Client provides content)
  • Phase 2 add-on features
  • Ongoing maintenance beyond the first year of hosting

3.4 Payment Terms

Payment for Phase 1 services is due in full before the commencement of design work. Payment may be made via bank transfer, PayNow, or other methods specified at the time of engagement. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.5 Phase 2 Pricing

Phase 2 add-on services are priced individually based on scope and complexity. A detailed quotation will be provided for your review and approval before any Phase 2 work commences. Payment terms for Phase 2 services will be outlined in the relevant project proposal.

3.6 Hosting Renewal

After the first year of included hosting, annual hosting renewal is available at a competitive, transparent rate. You will be notified of renewal pricing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Hosting renewal is optional; you are free to migrate your website to another hosting provider at any time.

4. Project Timeline

4.1 Delivery Target

Our target delivery timeline for Phase 1 websites is 7 business days from the date we receive all required materials from you. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on project complexity and Client responsiveness.

4.2 What We Need From You

To meet the 7-day delivery target, we require the following from you in a timely manner:

  • Completed project brief or questionnaire
  • All text content for each page (or approval to use placeholder content)
  • Logo files and brand assets (if available)
  • Any images you would like to feature on the website
  • Domain name details (if already purchased)

4.3 Delays

The delivery timeline may be extended if:

  • Required content or materials are not provided promptly
  • Feedback on design drafts is delayed beyond 48 hours
  • The project scope changes significantly after work has begun
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise (force majeure)

We will communicate any anticipated delays to you as soon as reasonably practicable and work with you to establish a revised timeline.

5. Revisions & Modifications

5.1 Included Revisions

Your Phase 1 package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A "round of revisions" is defined as a single set of feedback and requested changes submitted together. We encourage you to consolidate your feedback into comprehensive revision requests to make the most of each round.

5.2 What Counts as a Revision

  • Changes to text, colours, fonts, or layout within the agreed scope
  • Swapping or repositioning images
  • Adjustments to spacing, alignment, or visual hierarchy
  • Minor content updates or corrections

5.3 What Does Not Count as a Revision

  • A complete redesign or fundamental change in direction
  • Adding new pages beyond the original scope
  • Requesting features not included in Phase 1 (these are Phase 2 items)

5.4 Additional Revisions

If you require revisions beyond the included 3 rounds, additional rounds may be accommodated at a fee of S$20 per round. We will notify you before any additional charges are incurred and proceed only with your explicit approval.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Content

You retain full ownership of all content, materials, logos, images, and text that you provide to us for use in your website ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of designing and delivering your website.

6.2 CyberG7 Design Framework

CyberG7 Technologies retains all intellectual property rights in our proprietary design frameworks, code libraries, templates, tools, methodologies, and processes used in the creation of your website ("CyberG7 Framework"). You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the final delivered website for your business purposes.

6.3 Final Website

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a licence to use, display, and operate the completed website for your business. The website design, as customised for you, may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial sale to third parties.

6.4 Portfolio Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, CyberG7 reserves the right to display your completed website in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials as an example of our work.

7. Hosting & Domain

7.1 Hosting Included

Your Phase 1 package includes the first year of web hosting at no additional cost. Hosting provides the server infrastructure needed to keep your website live and accessible on the internet.

7.2 Hosting Renewal

After the initial 12-month period, hosting continues on an annual renewal basis. You will receive a renewal notice at least 30 days before the expiry date, along with the applicable renewal fee. Hosting renewal is entirely optional and non-obligatory.

7.3 Hosting Migration

You are free to migrate your website to another hosting provider at any time. Upon request, we will provide you with the necessary files and assistance to facilitate a smooth transition. We do not impose any lock-in contracts or penalties for migration.

7.4 Domain Names

Domain registration is the Client's responsibility. Domain names are not included in the Phase 1 package. We can guide you through purchasing a domain name (typically S$10–20/year for a .com or .sg domain) and will connect it to your website. You retain full ownership and control of your domain name at all times.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely project delivery, you agree to the following responsibilities:

8.1 Content Provision

  • Provide all required text content, images, logos, and brand assets in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Respond to content requests within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 48 hours)

8.2 Timely Feedback

  • Review design drafts and provide consolidated feedback within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear, specific feedback to help us implement revisions efficiently
  • Designate a single point of contact for project communications to avoid conflicting instructions

8.3 Accurate Information

  • Provide accurate business information for display on your website
  • Ensure that contact details, business descriptions, and any claims made on the website are truthful and compliant with applicable Singapore regulations
  • Maintain valid payment information and settle invoices according to agreed payment terms

8.4 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that the content displayed on your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and any industry-specific regulations relevant to your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Provision

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, professional websites, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.

9.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, CyberG7 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption or downtime
  • Damage to reputation or goodwill
  • Any claims by third parties

9.3 Maximum Liability

In any event, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CyberG7 Technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services

We are not liable for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services, platforms, or tools integrated with your website, including but not limited to hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics services, and domain registrars.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate our engagement at any time by providing written notice via email to sales@cyberg7.com.sg. If you terminate after work has commenced:

  • Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable
  • If the project has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued
  • Any deliverables completed up to the point of termination will be provided to you

10.2 Termination by CyberG7

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our Services if:

  • You breach any material term of these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice
  • You fail to provide required content or feedback for more than 30 consecutive days, resulting in project stagnation
  • You request the inclusion of unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content on your website
  • Payment obligations are not met within the agreed timeframe

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to any hosting services provided by CyberG7 will be discontinued after a 30-day grace period. During this period, you may arrange for migration of your website to an alternative provider. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting us at sales@cyberg7.com.sg with a detailed description of the issue.

12.2 Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) in accordance with its prevailing mediation rules. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between both parties.

12.3 Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

12.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore where such relief is necessary to protect the party's rights or property.
